Happy 5th Birthday Sofia Grace

Its so crazy to think that 5 years ago today I gave birth to this little angel! everyday with her has been perfect and rewarding and wonderful.. I love her more every time I look at her, feel her little hand reach up to hold mine and more important when she say momma I LOVE YOU! It just melts a girls heart :) I love you to the moon and back peanut!
